24-Month Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided by Devynex LLC (“Devynex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Every genuine Devynex SW5 Smart Switch purchased through an authorized sales channel is covered by a 24-month limited warranty beginning on the date of original purchase.
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use when the product is installed, used, and maintained according to the official Devynex installation instructions.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Devynex may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product with the same or comparable model, or provide another appropriate remedy.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, contact Devynex Support and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or additional information if requested
Devynex may require troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.
Important Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Replacement products do not restart the warranty period. Any replacement remains covered only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devynex LLC is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.
